Very happy with the completed work they done. They were very nice each day and explained what they would be working on each morning. Mr. Glenn would also keep me informed about the paperwork and updates on the progress. Kagan would come each morning and get started. Very nice all around guy. Very nice manners also. Mr. Frank was very quiet but a great worker. He was also very nice. I had one more man his name was Antonio Hughes. He worked one day here and than had to move on to other jobs. Very good painter.

When my house suffered water damage and mold, I called Paul Davis Restoration. I spoke with Sarah who immediately put me at ease and came out to survey the damage. They sent Mary and Amber, two very knowledgeable and professional young women, to meet me at the house to ask questions about the damage to my contents. They got to work and quickly took care of everything. After they took care of my contents, the mold mitigation team met me at my hotel and explained what had been found and what needed to be done. Daniel and Amber got to work and kept me informed at every stage. The mold problem was completely resolved in a very timely manner. Now once it was time for the rebuild, WOW is all I can think! I met Glenn, the project manager, who between his input and Sarah’s advice, I have the bathroom of my dreams. My favorite thing about this team, and they all worked as a team, was I asked them to be honest with me. And every step of the way, they were! I never could have imagined such a beautiful design. Sarah has a way with design that made my room magazine worthy and Glenn pays attention to every aspect and detail and it shows in the finished result. They went above and beyond! I can’t thank them enough! Paul Davis does top notch work and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family.

Very professional water extraction team… Daniel, Lane, Joshawn, Omar and Lincoln did an outstanding job… they kept on touch, arrived when they said they would, got straight to work, removed debris, were very polite and a pleasure to work with! Greg Pace, appraiser, was very professional as well… he arrived on time and actually was ahead of schedule … came in like a tactical strike team and got the job done quickly… he made diagrams, measured everything, informed me of the process, was courteous, knowledgeable about the insurance business, and truly a pleasure to work with. On a 1-to-10 scale I give Paul Davis a 20 !!!!!

This group are 100% customer aware. We had a flood and were exasperated by the time it took for insurance to assess, re assess and get some funds to us to start a rebuild. After living in a house with bare concrete floors, partially removed walls, no kitchen or bathroom cabinets and having only a utility sink to use for kitchen and bathroom needs for eight weeks, I had the good fortune of speaking with Sarah who really got things going. The next day Tin the assessor was at my home. A week later I met Sarah at the office and picked anew flooring. At tht time she said about 6 more weeks until assigned, work done and completion. Well, to my great surprise, Gleen the project manager called the next week and they started the following Monday, and less than 2 weeks later we are back to normal. Well before we thought possible. These folks know their job, the drywall/painting guys were amazing, the carpenters were exceptional, the flooring guy was wonderful. And, can't say enough about Glenn the project manager. The communication level was terrific and the after project care I have recieved has been exceptional. Can't say enough great things about this group!

This is my second time to use PD in 7 years. When I found where an A/C drain piped had leaked & caused damage, I knew who to call. PD’’s in-house & on-location teams are timely, courteous, professional, & love their work! They take pride in what they do & communicate well so customers have a complete understanding of what needs to be done. It’s refreshing to do business with a company that values customer service.
